What do I need to do to continue to use the online prescription service from April 

Step 1:

Complete the form provided, ensuring you fill in all the required information accurately.

Once you have filled everything in, submit the form.

Step 2:

Wait for the practice to verify your credentials this could take up to 10 days.

You will receive an SMS or an email containing your login credentials. These should be kept safe and confidential.

If the practice is unable to verify your credentials, they may ask you to visit in person and provide ID as an additional step towards registration.

Step 3:

Once you receive your login credentials, you will need to register your account. Registration - Patient Services
