New -Prescriptions Online system change - Information Page

Dear Patients,

We are excited to announce that our online prescription system will be undergoing some changes in the near future. As part of this transition, we will require all patients to complete a registration process to continue requesting online prescriptions.

The purpose of these changes is to enhance your patient experience and to further progress our digital platforms. We understand that this adjustment may take some getting used to and we truly appreciate your patience and support during this transition.

Should you need any assistance with the registration process or have any questions, we encourage you to reach out to our practice.

We anticipate implementing these changes from April onwards. We will communicate further details as we approach the transition date.

To register in advance please complete the following form and we will post or e mail your registration details for the patient services web site. Please note that in certain instances, if we are unable to verify your identity, we may ask you to attend the practice in person with a proof of address. This is to ensure the highest level of security and privacy for all our patients.
