Life threatening
Call 999 or go to A&E now if:

A mental health emergency should be taken as seriously as a medical emergency.
Urgent care
If you need help when our practice isn't open:
- View NHS inform's self-help guides for advice on common symptoms
- Access NHS 24's 111 service if you need urgent help.
NHS 24 will help you get the right care in the right place, often closer to home and without the need to go to A&E.
