📢 Important Update: Prescription Processing Times

Due to an exceptionally high volume of prescription requests, our current turnaround time for prescription processing is up to 7 working days, rather than our usual 4 working days.

This increase in demand is largely due to the seasonal holiday period, with many patients requesting medication before travelling or upon their return, alongside a rise in seasonal acute medication requests, such as hay fever treatments.

We kindly ask that you continue to request your medication as normal and, where possible, allow extra time for processing. Please be assured that our team is working hard to process all requests as quickly and safely as possible.
