Text Message Reminders -

The text message system we previously provided is no longer compatible with our upgraded IT system.

We are in the process of appointing a new provider, this should hopefully be up and running by mid January 2019.

We would like to apologise for any inconvenience this may cause

Staff Training (PLT)

We are closed every Wednesday between 12.30 -2pm for staff training. For medical advice during this period of closure, please contact NHS 24 on 111, the new free number for NHS 24.  In the event of a life threatening emergency, please call 999.

Please allow 3 days, excluding weekends and Bank Holidays, for your request to be processed. Any problems please telephone the surgery.

Please note that we no longer accept urgent requests for medication on line,

If you feel that your medication is required urgently, please complete a prescription request form available from the practice and hand to one of the reception staff.

Your request will be considered by a GP, and if it is deemed necessary, a prescription will be generated for collection. We would request that you contact the practice by telephone on 01875 820 405, between 16.30 & 17.30 to check the status of your request.

We anticipate that only a minority of prescriptions will be classified as urgent.

If your medication is not classified as urgent by the GP, you will receive your prescription in the usual manner within 72 hours.

Thank you for your cooperation in improving the prescription service we offer
