Please check if your appointment is really necessary.

If you can, try the self-help guides at NHS Inform before you call us. They are free and are written and approved by the clinical team at NHS24.

**Due to COVID-19 please do not come to the surgery unless advised to do so by a member of our team. Most appointments are now by phone or video**

Urgent treatment - We run an emergency clinic every day. Ask to speak to the duty doctor.

If you have had a significant accident or injury go to:

  • A&E at the Royal Infirmary of Edinburgh, Little France, Edinburgh OR
  • A&E at the Royal Hospital for Sick Children, Sciennes Road, Edinburgh (children 0-13)

Non Urgent treatment - We do not have a walk in service so please make an appointment before coming.

  • Open Style Surgery – Monday morning
Call to book a time slot. The GPs will work their way through the list of patients to be seen on the day.

  • Bookable Appointments - Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday & Friday.
(We also offer some early morning and Saturday appointments. Ask at reception for more information.)
Call to book a 10 minute appointment. If you need longer please let reception know.

We may speak to you over the phone – especially if the consultation is to discuss results of a blood test or if you cannot attend the surgery.
